Community Voices, Inc.

We exist to bring social and political awareness and activism to our Community with the intention of allowing our perspective of a culturally sensitive, textually accurate, "biblical Christianity" to motivate our purposeful efforts to impact the world with good. Our desire is to live in this new spiritual reality and the new hope that the living Christ can and will make the areas where He has placed us better morally, ethically, economically, and politically.
We Christians are not separate from the world, nor hostile to the world, but as our God has shown us, we love the world and are willing to make every effort to redeem it by His grace. Black Christians have a voice in the affairs of this life, and in the American political system - our voice is our vote.
Matthew 5:13 - Ye are the salt of the earth; but if the salt have lost his savour, how shall it be salted; it is therefore good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under the foot of men.
Our Mission
The Mission of Community Voices, Inc., is to Build, Empower, and Unify the community in a deliberate effort to make significant changes in community life through participating in the voting franchise.
Our mission further is to provide services and programs that will enable the individual and the community to progress toward better living standards and equality in expectations of support and behavior by the those who represent its government.
